Den Store eller Sankt Laurens Kirke, ofte kort sagt Laurenskirken, er en gotisk kirke i Rotterdam. Den er den eneste rest af det middelalderlige bycentrum i Rotterdam. Den nuværende kirke er en korsning mellem en hallerkirke og en korsbasilika. I kirken findes i en af udstillingskapellerne stadig et knopkapitel fra dens forgænger, en toskibet hallerkirke uden kor og tårn. Kirken er viet til Laurentius af Rom, skytshelgen for Rotterdam.
