Die Grote oder Laurenskerk ist eine gotische Kirche und der einzige mittelalterliche Überrest der niederländischen Stadt Rotterdam.
Die Laurenskerk entstand zwischen 1449 und 1525. 1572 wurde die Reformation eingeführt und die Kirche evangelisch-reformierte Pfarrkirche. Im Jahre 1621 erhielt der Kirchturm einen hölzernen Helm, der aber wegen schlechter Qualität des Materials schon 1645 wieder abgebrochen werden musste. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde die Kirche während des Bombardements der deutschen Luftwaffe am 14. Mai 1940 schwer beschädigt. Der Wiederaufbau erfolgte in den Jahren 1952 bis 1968. 1971 wurde eine neue Kirchengemeinde gegründet , die Laurenspastoraat genannt wurde, so dass seither wieder regelmäßig Gottesdienste in der Laurenskerk stattfinden konnten.
