Vi starter denne vandrerute fra Best Western Hotel "Landgoed Ehzerwold", lige uden for den landsby Almen. Parkering er muligt på vejen overfor hotellet. Hotellet "Landgoed Ehzerwold" har en smuk stor parkhave.
Det er et fremragende udgangspunkt for dine (muligvis flerdages) vandreture og/eller cykelture i området og over godserne "Velhorst", 't Waliën, 't Enzerinck og det Store Felt.
