Iniziamo questo percorso di escursionismo dall'Hotel Best Western "Landgoed Ehzerwold", appena fuori dal villaggio rurale di Almen. È possibile parcheggiare sulla strada di fronte all'hotel. L'hotel "Landgoed Ehzerwold" dispone di un bellissimo grande giardino parco.
È un ottimo punto di partenza per le vostre escursioni (eventualmente di più giorni) e/o gite in bicicletta nei dintorni e attraverso le tenute "Velhorst", 't Waliën, 't Enzerinck e il Grande Campo.
