We starten deze wandelroute vanaf Best Western Hotel "Landgoed Ehzerwold", net buiten het landelijke dorpje Almen. Parkeren is mogelijk in de driehoek van wegen tegenover het hotel. Het Hotel "Landgoed Ehzerwold" heeft een prachtige grote parktuin.

Het is een prima uitgangspunt voor uw (evt. meerdaagse) wandelingen en/of fietstochten door de omgeving en over Landgoederen de "Velhorst", 't Waliën, 't Enzerinck en het Grote Veld.
