Den Hoorn er en landsby i kommunen Midden-Delfland, provinsen Zuid-Holland, Holland. Landsbyen ligger under røgningen fra Delft. Den 1. januar 2021 boede der 8.515 mennesker. Et par vandløb krydser landsbyen: Lookwatering og Gaag, som strømmer fra Delft til Schipluiden.
