Kasteel Eijsden er en herregård med slotgård og ligger syd for Eijsden, ved floden Maas. Inden det nuværende slot blev bygget i 1636, stod der allerede et befæstet hus, der blev kaldt Caestertburg. Den oprindelige bygherre var Arnold de Lamargelle.
Slottet forblev længe i hans familie, men blev arvtaget af en grev Van Hoensbroek og kom derefter i hænderne på Hubert de Geloes. Eijsden er et særligt smukt slot, bygget i den Maaslandske renæssancestil.
