Kasteel Eijsden is een herenhuis met kasteelhoeve en ligt ten zuiden van Eijsden, aan de rivier de Maas. Voordat het huidige kasteel in 1636 werd gebouwd, stond er al een versterkt huis dat de Caestertburg, werd genoemd. De oorspronkelijke bouwheer was Arnold de Lamargelle.
Het kasteel bleef lang in zijn familie, maar werd vererfd aan een graaf Van Hoensbroek en kwam vervolgens in handen van Hubert de Geloes. Eijsden is een bijzonder fraai kasteel, opgetrokken in de Maaslandse renaissancestijl.
