Oud Ootmarsum er en landsby i Dinkelland Kommune, i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Landsbyen ligger op adskillelse fra Ootmarsum og tilhørte før kommunal sammenlægning til kommunen Denekamp, på trods af navnet. Oud Ootmarsum er en lille landmandsby beliggende nær naturområdet Springendal. En stor gade løber gennem Oud Ootmarsum, og dette er den røde tråd i landsbyen. Den 1. januar 2021 tællede Oud Ootmarsum 320 indbyggere og er kendt for klootschieten, der praktiseres her i omegnen; landsbyen har den største klootschietforening i landet og har sin egen bane til denne sport.
