Oosterbierum er en landsby i Waadhoeke kommune i provinsen Friesland, Holland. Den havde en befolkning på omkring 561 i januar 2014. Landsbyen blev først nævnt i det 13. århundrede som Asterberen, og betyder "østlige huse/lade". Ooster er blevet tilføjet for at adskille fra Westerbeeren, som forsvandt i en oversvømmelse i 1322. Oosterbierum udviklede sig på en lerbakke nær Vadehavet.
