Nijkerkersluis fra 1962 adskiller randvande Nuldernauw og Nijkerkernauw. Den består af en sluse og en udløbssluse. Årligt passerer mere end 35.000 skibe slusen.
Over sluserne ligger der en bro på den provinsiale vej 301, som forbinder provinserne Flevoland og Gelderland.
