Holterberg er et bakket område, der er en del af Nationalpark Sallandse Heuvelrug. Holterberg skylder sit navn til den overijsselske landsby Holten, der ligger syd for dette område. Mod nord grænser dette område op til Haarlerberg og Noetselerberg. Dette naturområde omfatter mange hedearealer, som veksler med skove. Kun i Holterberg og Hoge Veluwe findes der korsnæb i Nederlandene.
