Mildam er en landsby i kommunen Heerenveen, i den hollandske provins Friesland. Den ligger øst for Heerenveen. Landsbyen ligger på Schoterlandsevej i en skovrig omgivelser og på nordsiden af floden Tjonger. I 2021 havde landsbyen 675 indbyggere. Den danner sammen med den nærliggende Katlijk en slags tvillinge landsby. I midten af juni afholdes hvert år Zomerfeest Katlijk Mildam.
