Mildam è un paese nel comune di Heerenveen, nella provincia olandese di Frisia. Si trova a est di Heerenveen. Il paese si trova lungo la Schoterlandseweg in un'area boschiva e sul lato nord del fiume Tjonger. Nel 2021 il paese contava 675 abitanti. Costituisce insieme al vicino Katlijk una sorta di paese gemello. A metà giugno si tiene annualmente la Festa Estiva Katlijk Mildam.
