Mildam es una aldea en el municipio de Heerenveen, en la provincia neerlandesa de Frisia. Se encuentra al este de Heerenveen. La aldea está situada en la Schoterlandseweg en un entorno boscoso y al lado norte del río Tjonger. En 2021, la aldea contaba con 675 habitantes. Junto con la vecina Katlijk forma una especie de pueblo gemelo. A mediados de junio se celebra anualmente la Fiesta de Verano Katlijk Mildam.
