De Blesse er en landsby i Weststellingwerf i provinsen Friesland, Holland. Den havde en befolkning på omkring 800 i 2017. Dens mølle, De Mars, blev genopbygget i 1997. Før 1956 blev landsbyen kaldt Blesse. Blesbroggeschaans er en skanse bygget i 1583 langs hovedvejen fra Friesland til Overijssel. I 1672 og 1673 blev den belejret af Christoph Bernhard von Galen, fyrstebiskoppen af Münster, men blev ikke erobret. Den nederlandske reformerte kapel stammer fra 1880.
