Hazerswoude-Rijndijk er en landsby i den hollandske kommune Alphen aan den Rijn og ligger i provinsen Sydholland.
Bønder fra landsbyen fik en vigtig råvare: tørv, ved at bygge diger og grave. Omkring det 16. århundrede medførte tørveproduktionen, at landsbyen blev omgivet af vand. Da bygge- og græsmarkerne var blevet til mosede søer, forlod de fleste mennesker stedet.
