Bemelen er en landsby i den nederlandske kommune Eijsden-Margraten. Landsbyen ligger ved kanten af Maasdalen øst for Maastricht i den sydlige del af provinsen Limburg. I landsbyen bor cirka 580 mennesker. Bemelen opstod på skråningen af Maasdalen mod Plateauet af Margraten, på det sted hvor en romersk vej går op ad Bemelerberg. I 1018 blev Bemelen første gang nævnt skriftligt, og indtil 1794 var det en herlighed, der faldt under kapitel af Vor Frue i Maastricht. Som værger fungerede oprindeligt herrerne af Valkenburg; fra 1381 hertugerne af Brabant.
