Kasteel Boxmeer er et oprindeligt 13. århundrede slot i byen Boxmeer, i den nederlandske provins Noord-Brabant. Det ligger på en tidligere ø ved Maas.
Den nøjagtige bygge dato for det oprindelige slot er ukendt. I slutningen af det 13. århundrede valgte Jan Boc I, herre af Boxmeer, side med greven af Gelre. Af den grund blev borgen i årene 1284/1285 ødelagt af greve Floris V af Holland. Desuden bliver slottet nævnt i 1365. Den daværende herre, Peter van Culemburg, havde været vasal for hertugen af Gelre og havde ført krig for ham mod hertugen af Brabant. Denne havde i 1365 ladet slottet nedrive og derefter forsonet sig med Peter. Den pågældende krig blev ført af hertug Wenceslaus af Brabant mod Eduard af Gelre, som havde afsat sin svoger Reinoud III af Gelre, der var gift ind i familien af hertugerne af Brabant. Kort efter 1365 blev slottet bygget op igen.
