De Poel er en pumpekanal ved Waterlandse Zeedijk syd for den nordhollandske by Monnickendam og ligger ved De Poel, en tidligere mølledam.
Pumpen De Poel står ved en tidligere mølledam, hvor fem møller har været placeret, som sørgede for dræningen af området. Omkring 1880 blev arbejdet fra disse møller overtaget af en damppumpe, der lå vestligere ved De Poel, nær forbindelsen mellem Ooster Ee og De Poel.
