Museum Van Loon er et museum i et patriciervilla på Keizersgracht 672 i Amsterdam, som siden 1884 har været ejet af medlemmer af familien Van Loon og har fået sit navn derfra.
Kort efter anlæggelsen af Keizersgracht blev huset bygget i 1671-1672 sammen med nummer 674 for Jeremias van Raey, en flamsk købmand. Disse tvillingehuse kaldes nu også Van Raey-husene. Arkitekten var Adriaan Dortsman. Han havde tidligere bygget Ronde Lutherse Kirke og Walenhuis samt fæstningsbyen Naarden.
