Woonboulevard Heerlen har butikker inden for bolig, boligindretning og forskellige restauranter og caféer. Indkøbscentret har over 50 butikker og 3500 egne parkeringspladser. I alt har virksomhederne næsten 1000 ansatte. Woonboulevard blev startet i 1991 med 40.000 m². Det var dengang den første af sin slags i Limburg. Med ankomsten af IKEA og udvidelser af andre butikker, blandt andet i 2004, er arealet vokset til 120.000 m². Woonboulevard ligger direkte ved N281 og A76. I 2010 blev der lige ved siden af woonboulevard bygget en baneestation, Station Heerlen Woonboulevard.
