Echterbosch er en bygd og en navngiven bydel i kommunen Echt-Susteren, beliggende i den hollandske region Midden-Limburg. Indtil 2002 var Echterbosch en del af kommunen Echt. Den oprindelige beboelseskern Echterbosch er af praktiske grunde delt i to og består nu af bydelene Aan het Echterbosch og Echterbosch. Den nu mindre bygd Echterbosch udgør sammen med Maria-Hoop og Diergaarde bydelen Echterbosch, som hører under postnummeret Maria-Hoop; men bygden Aan het Echterbosch hører under postnummeret for Koningsbosch og er derfor blevet tilføjet bydelen Koningsbosch.
