Roercenter er en butikscenter, der åbnede i 2003 i Roermond. Centret indeholder udover butikker en parkeringsgarage fra Q-Park og 28 lejligheder.
Den oprindelige plan var at bygge en stor parkeringsgarage for at udvide parkeringsmulighederne i Roermond. I begyndelsen af 90'erne blev planen dog stoppet, fordi området havde en monumental status; nogle bygninger måtte derfor ikke rives ned. Senere opstod der en ny plan, hvor parkeringsgaragen blev mindre og en butikscenter blev tilføjet. De monumentale bygninger blev integreret i planen og fik detailhandel- og restaurantfunktioner.
