De Stoutenburght eller Olt Stoutenburght i Blesdijke i den nederlandske provins Friesland er et fantas slot under opførelse af Gregorius Halman alias Gregorius van Stoutenburgh.
I 1990 begyndte Halman på bygningen ved siden af sin bolig. Byggetilladelsen blev først givet to år senere. Slottet bliver bygget af gamle byggematerialer som mursten. Halman lader sig blandt andet inspirere af den romanske arkitektur. Flere gange har medierne givet opmærksomhed til Halmans projekt, herunder i reportager fra Joris' Showroom, Man bid hund og Dagbladet van het Noorden.
