Sprengenberg er en bakke beliggende ved det sallandske Haarle i kommunen Hellendoorn i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Toppen af bakken ligger ca. 35 meter over havets overflade. Bakken er en del af morænebakken Sallandske Heuvelrug og indgår i nationalparken med samme navn. Morænerne i dette område blev dannet i Saalien ved opskydning som følge af gletsjeris fra Skandinavien. Øverst på bakken står huset De Sprengenberg.
