Den Nederlandske Reformerte Kirke er en protestantisk kirke i den nederlandske by Hummelo. Kirken blev bygget i årene 1838 - 1839 på stedet, hvor der i flere århundreder havde stået en kirke. Da den var blevet forfalden, blev det besluttet at bygge en ny kirke. Allerede i 1826 blev der sendt en anmodning til kong Willem I af Nederlandene om et økonomisk bidrag, som blev imødekommet af riget i 1838. Hendrik Jacob Carel Johan van Heeckeren van Enghuizen gav også et stort økonomisk bidrag, hvorefter menigheden samlede resten af det nødvendige beløb. Den 7. juli 1839 blev kirken indviet.
