Indtagelsen af Den Briel fandt sted den 1. april 1572, hvor vandgæsterne erobrede byen Den Briel, nu Brielle, fra det der var udstationerede kongelige spanske garnison. Det er en af de mest kendte begivenheder i De Ottogårdeskrig og dermed i den nationale historie i Holland.
