Station Rotterdam Delftsche Poort var en jernbanestation langs den Gamle Linje fra Amsterdam til Rotterdam. Stationet lå øst for den nuværende station Rotterdam Centraal.
Det første station Delftsche Poort blev åbnet i 1847 ved færdiggørelsen af jernbanelinjen Amsterdam – Rotterdam. Stationet blev designet af Cornelis Outshoorn, en assistent af Frederik Willem Conrad. Han valgte en neo-tudorstil med tre store buer over sporet, hvor damplokomotivet kunne køre under.
