Fem klasseværelser vendte østover - mod morgensolen - og en patio udgør den største del af bygningen sammen med praktikummet. Rummene er adskilt fra gade støj af en korridor. Ud over dette er der brugen af moderne vinduer med stålprofiler. I 1997 blev bygningen renoveret til kontorlokaler, mens den originale arkitektur blev bevaret.
