Vijf klaslokalen waren op het oosten gericht - naar de ochtendzon - en een patio vormt de grootste massa van het gebouw samen met het practicumlokaal. De kamers zijn gescheiden van straatgeluiden door een gang. Opvallend is het gebruik van moderne ramen met stalen profielen. In 1997 werd het gebouw gerenoveerd tot kantoorruimte, waarbij de oorspronkelijke architectuur intact bleef.
