Zuidplaspolder er en dræning i provinsen Sydholland, beliggende mellem Rotterdam-Nesselande, Zevenhuizen, Moerkapelle, Waddinxveen, Gouda, Moordrecht og Nieuwerkerk ved IJssel. I denne polder, som har givet navn til kommunen Zuidplas, ligger det laveste punkt i Holland: 6,76 m under NAP. Det er ikke det laveste punkt i Den Europæiske Union, det er nemlig Lammefjord-polderen i Danmark: 7,50 m under NAP.
