Biesbosch MuseumEiland er et naturmuseum i udkanten af Werkendam i kommunen Altena, provinsen Nordbrabant. Det blev åbnet i 1994 og ligger midt i Nationalpark De Biesbosch ved Hilvejen. Museumsbygningen blev udvidet i 2001 og i 2015, hvor præsentationen af det udstillede blev revideret. I 2015 kom det til at ligge på en nyformet ø.
