I 1944 blev der i sognet Liesbosch på Bremberg, ved skæringspunktet Moerdijkse Postbaan og Hoogstraat, bygget en kapel til ære for Maria.
Hermed viste sognet sin taknemmelighed for besparelsen af krigsvoldsomhed, der andre steder havde forårsaget så meget skade.
