Preston Palace er et tidligere hospital i Almelo, der er ombygget til et all-inclusive resort med underholdningscenter. Navnet stammer fra Almelo's partnerkommune Preston i Det Forenede Kongerige. Det ledige Prinses Irene Hospital, der var bestemt til nedrivning, blev solgt af kommunen Almelo til erhvervsmanden Hennie van der Most i 1987. Underholdningscentret åbnede i maj 1990, og hotel-restauranten fulgte i 1992. Der blev også et svømmepool med saunaområde og en hal fyldt med forlystelser i 1997. Hotellet har næsten 1000 sengepladser. Virksomheden arbejder efter all-inclusive-princippet. Med omkring 500 ansatte er virksomheden en af de største arbejdsgivere i Twente.
