Sluis ) er en kommune i vestlige Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, i den nederlandske provins Zeeland, som blev dannet efter den kommunale sammenlægning den 1. januar 2003 som en fusion af kommunerne Oostburg og Sluis-Aardenburg. Kommunen er opkaldt efter den befæstede by Sluis, men rådhuset ligger i Oostburg. Kommunen har 23.147 indbyggere og et areal på 307,01 km². Turisme er en vigtig indtægtskilde i denne kommune. Borgmesteren er Marga Vermue-Vermue.
