En moderne marina med 80 bådpladser beliggende i 't Bassin lige ved det historiske hjerte af Maastricht. Werfkældrene i 't Bassin summer af diverse restauranter, grand-caféer, butikker og gallerier. Især om sommeren fremstår det hele middelhavsinspireret med fyldte terrasser ved vandkanten. Derudover er der året rundt forskellige arrangementer som den klassiske Bassin koncert, salsa-aftener og diverse temaaftener.
