Den Store Skt. Laurens Kirke, tidligere Store eller Skt. Laurens Kirke, er en kirke beliggende på Koorstraat 2 i Alkmaar. Det er en korsbasilika dækket med natursten og med en syv-sidet alterslutning. Byggeriet fandt sted fra 1470 til 1518. Kirken har fire traptorntårne og indeholder det ældste spillelige kirkeorgel i Nederland. Den oprindeligt katolske kirke blev protestantisk i 1573 og har siden 1996 ikke haft nogen religiøs funktion. Der er et museum i bygningen om bygningens historie.
