Sint Eloyen Gasthuis er gildehus i Boterstraat 22 i den hollandske by Utrecht. Siden 1440 har brødrene fra Smedergildet af St. Eloy mødtes og festet i dette hus, men i og omkring huset blev syge og trængende gildbrødre også plejet og taget sig af. Det var altså også en slags hospice. Smedergildet er fortsat uafbrudt frem til i dag og hører dermed til de allerældste eksisterende organisationer fra middelalderen.
