Station Houten er en jernbanestation på jernbanelinjen Utrecht – 's-Hertogenbosch, beliggende i centrum af Houten.
Det første station i Houten blev åbnet den 1. november 1868. Dette var et Vandstands station af første generation, der blev bygget på flere steder langs jernbanelinjen Utrecht - Boxtel. Stationen blev bygget i 1867 efter et design af G. van Diesen og er det eneste tilbageværende eksemplar af denne type.
