IJ'et ved Spaarndam er en sø ved Spaarndam. Det er en ikke-oplandede del af den gamle havarm IJ.
Dette IJ er nu en del af forbindelsen mellem Haarlemmermeer og resten af IJ via Nordhollandkanalen. Floden Spaarne munder ud i det. Ved anlægget af Nordhollandkanalen er store dele af IJ opdæmmet; ved Spaarndam er en del af IJ stadig bevaret og er via sidekanal C forbundet med Nordhollandkanalen.
