Kaapse Bossen er et 425 hektar stort naturreservat i den hollandske provins Utrecht, der drives af Natuurmonumenten. Det ligger på den laterale moræne Utrechtse Heuvelrug og er en del af Utrechtse Heuvelrug Nationalpark. Omkring 1750, efter at han var vendt tilbage fra Sydafrika, hvor han var guvernør i Cape Colony, købte Hendrik Swellengrebel godset 'Schoonoordt'. Skovene mindede ham om skoven bag Taffelbjerget nær Cape Town. De kom til at blive kendt som 'Cape Forests'. Helena Hill i skoven er opkaldt efter hans ældste datter Helena Johanna Swellengrebel, som sandsynligvis døde ved sin første fødsel.
