Schutsluis Wierstersyl er en sluse lige nordøst for den frisiske landsby Wier i kommunen Waadhoeke. Wierstersyl i Wierzijlsterrak giver sammen med Anita Andriesensluis adgang til den Bildtse del af den Nordlige Elfstede-vandvej. Sluserne blev taget i brug i 2011, og den 28. april 2011 blev navnene afsløret, og Schutsluis Wierstersyl blev overdraget til kommunen Het Bildt af Jaap Keizer, formand for styregruppen. Slusen er automatisk og let at betjene selv. Den er udstyret med kluuntrapper og en fiske passage. Under Elfstedentocht skal der klunes på dette sted.
