Sint-Agnes-kirken i Amsterdam er en katolsk sognkirke, beliggende på hjørnet af Amstelveenseweg 163 og Cornelis Krusemanstraat, ved Haarlemmermeercircuit og i udkanten af Willemspark-kvarteret. Kirken, der er viet til martyrhelgeninden Sankt Agnes, blev bygget mellem 1919 og 1932 efter et design af arkitekten Jan Stuyt og blev i 1996 udpeget som Rijksmonument. Agnes var den første kirke i Amsterdam med et fritstående klokketårn.
