Arnemuiden er en hollandsk by i Middelburg kommune i provinsen Zeeland og ligger på den tidligere ø Walcheren. Stedet har 5.360 indbyggere. I 1477 blev stedet ødelagt af Cosmas- og Damianusfloden. I 1574 fik Arnemuiden byrettigheder, men havde ikke repræsentation i Zeeland Staterne. Byen blev derfor kaldt en smalby. Arnemuiden var indtil 1997 en selvstændig kommune og omfattede dengang også landsbyen Kleverskerke.
