Hartelkanaalen er en kanal i Europoort. Kanalen løber mellem venstre bred af den gamle Maas, lige før den løber sammen med den nye Maas, og Hartelhavnen på Maasvlakte.
Hartelkanaalen bruges primært af pramfarten, der transporterer malm og kul fra det Europæiske Massegodshåndteringsfirma og Malmhåndteringsfirmaet Europoort til den tyske stålindustri. Kanalen er opkaldt efter den forsvundne bydel Hartel ved Spijkenisse.
