De Elsbeemden er et naturområde i den nederlandske provins Limburg, beliggende et par kilometer syd for Sevenum og nord for Maasbree. Området ejes af Staatsbosbeheer.
Det 65 hektar store område ligger i dalen af Groote Molenbeek, mens Elsbeek her fra sydvest mødes. Det drejer sig om beemden, der består af fugtige græsmarker og sumpskove. Groote Molenbeek blev i det første årti af det 21. århundrede genmeandreret, og dele blev gjort fugtigere.
