På Jan Glijnisweg 30 finder du en smuk kirke fra den Hellige Familie Sogn. I 1922 fik den nyudnævnte byggepræst opgaven med at stifte et nyt sogn i Heerhugowaard. Arkitekten Jan Klomp tegnede en tre-skibet korskirke med et 40 meter højt tårn. For tårnet viste der sig imidlertid ikke at være tilstrækkelig finansiering tilgængelig, hvorfor det aldrig blev realiseret. I stedet kom der en tagrytter over koret, med fire glasmosaikvinduer. Kirken blev indviet i 1924 og rummer relikvier fra den hellige Bonifatius og fra en af Martyrerne i Gorcum.
