2e Exloërmond er en landsby i den hollandske provins Drenthe, kommune Borger-Odoorn. 2e Exloërmond havde den 1. januar 2021 2.285 indbyggere. Nogle institutioner bruger fejlagtigt navnet Tweede Exloërmond for at gøre den alfabetiske rækkefølge enklere. 2e Exloërmond er en tørvkoloni, hovedsageligt bestående af strækbyggeri, som strækker sig over mere end seks kilometer til provin grænsen med Groningen. I den sydlige ende af landsbyen ligger der ved siden af strækket et nybyggerområde.
