Meerlo-Wanssum udtal er en tidligere kommune i hollandske Limburg. Kommunen blev dannet i 1969, havde 7718 indbyggere og en overflade på 39,41 km². Byerne Meerlo, Swolgen og Tienray er pr. 1. januar 2010 sammen med kommunerne Horst aan de Maas og Sevenum blevet en del af den nye kommune Horst aan de Maas. Fra samme dato er byerne Blitterswijck, Geijsteren og Wanssum blevet tilføjet kommunen Venray ved en grænseregulering.
